HOW TO PREPARE FOR THIS TRIP:

• Own a valid passport
  • Passports must not expire before May 2026​.

• Budget your deposits and payments
  • A $300 non-refundable deposit is due upon registration of the trip​; This amount is kept by our airline and land agencies not by The Holy Land Tour Co..
  • Monthly payments may be made either with cash, check, or credit card (credit card service fees do not count towards your payment balance; Service fees average 3.5% per transaction).
  • ​Full payment of your trip is due 60 days before the departure date.

• Plan to purchase travel insurance
  • The aftermath of the global pandemic and active global conflicts have led airline and travel agencies to strongly encourage travel protection/insurance for their customer's trips.
  • Typically, we offer travel protection at a group rate through our airline agent, however, you are welcome to seek options elsewhere.
  • Your selection of travel protection plan will determine the level of benefit maximums and coverage.
  • We will discuss these options at our Interest Meeting(s).

• Plan for your trip
  • Israel is a modern nation with ancient roots - US Dollars are always accepted. US Credit and Debit cards are allowed at mostly every tour site and market we visit.​​
  • In other words, plan to bring spending money for gifts, souvenirs, snacks, and coffee, of course!

• Plan to attend one of our Interest Meetings

  • We host several Interest Meetings throughout the year at several locations in Odessa, TX.

  • We can also Zoom our meetings if you're not able to attend in-person.

  • Our Interest Meetings are educational gatherings for our tour participants to outline the purpose of our pilgrimage and the details of our package.
