As Believers in the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, we have access to a supernatural weapon - prayer.

We are commanded to:

​

     +Pray at all times in the Spirit

     +Pray and intercede for all people (Jews, Arabs, Christians, Druze, etc.)

     +Pray for kings (national leaders) and all those who are in positions of authority

     +Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem

​

Here are a few scriptures to help you pray for Israel:

"1 Now the Lord said to Abram, “Go from your country and your kindred and your father's house to the land that I will show you. 2 And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you and make your name great, so that you will be a blessing. 3 I will bless those who bless you, and him who dishonors you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.” - Genesis 12:1-3 ESV

• "Lord, who could curse what You have blessed? We bless Abraham's descendants. We bless the Nation of Israel. May you continue to bless Your People in wisdom, revelation, finances and security."​

​"1 I ask, then, has God rejected his people? By no means! For I myself am an Israelite, a descendant of Abraham a member of the tribe of Benjamin. 2 God has not rejected his people whom he foreknew." - Romans 11:1-2 ESV

• "Father, we ask that You would bring down the strongholds of hate and anti-Semitism against the Jewish People. I pray that you would remove scales from the world's eyes to see the eternal compassion you have for Israel. The Church has NOT replaced Israel, we have been grafted in with them."​

"4 They are Israelites, and to them belong the adoption, the glory, the covenants, the giving of the law, the worship, and the promises. 5 To them belong the patriarchs, and from their race, according to the flesh, is the Christ, who is God over all, blessed forever. Amen." - Romans 9:4-5 ESV

• "Lord, we are grateful for entrusting Your People to keep and preserve Your Word throughout generations. We are indebted to Your People. Today, we are able to call You, Lord, "Abba", Father, and receive the inheritance of Your Promises. We are now fellow heirs with Messiah through His life, death and resurrection."​

9 For the sake of the house of the Lord our God, I will seek your good." - Psalm 122:6-9 ESV

• "Father, I come into agreement with Your Servant, King David, and pray for the peace of Jerusalem, Your City. I pray for the peace which surpasses all understanding to flood every Jewish and non-Jewish street, home, neighborhood and suburb of Jerusalem. Shield Your People from evil and reveal Yourself as the Rock of Israel you are. Let peace overflow into all of Israel's cities and its national borders. I know that You watch and care for Your Land. Let us also stand as Watchmen on Your Land's walls and defend Your People in every available capacity. Shalom-Shalom!"​
